Appointment Cancellation / No-show

Your appointment is a commitment of your stylist’s time and therefore we require a 24-hour notice for any changes to or cancellation of your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24-hours’ notice are subject to 50% of all services reserved. No-shows will be charged 100% of all services reserved.

Late Arrivals / Reschedule

We do our best to accommodate late arrivals, however, we can not infringe upon another client’s appointment start time due to late arrivals. We reserve the right to reschedule any appointment more than 10-minutes late.

Payment / Gratuity / Card On File

We accept cash, checks, Visa®, and Mastercard®. Please note we can not add gratuity to your card. A valid credit card is required for all appointments.
